Crispy Garlic Green Beans

Raise your hand if you don’t love green bean casseroles. I have a solution : Here’s a green bean alternative with an Asian spin- Crispy Garlic Green Beans. I flash fry it basically with a few ingredients and it comes out so good. The green beans are crispy and it doesn’t take long to make at all. The smoke from the wok makes it sooo flavorful and delicious. Share and save this post for your Thanksgiving menu!

  2. In a wok, heat on high and when it gets hot, add ghee. Let it melt then add the green beans, sprinkle a bite of salt, stir frying for a minute or two until it gets charred.

  3. Add the garlic and ginger, stir fry for another minute, then add the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and chili sauce.
