3 More Fall Lattes


Happy November! Fall is in full swing and is the perfect time to load up on these 3 cozy lattes. I'm a huge latte fan and always love experimenting with new flavors. The ones featured below are new ways of enjoying a classic! Here, I present to you the Maple Pecan latte, Salted caramel pumpkin spice, and the Vietnamese Egg Coffee. 


Maple Pecan Latte:
1 tbsp Pecan Butter
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Cinnamon

Brew 2 tbsp Medium-grind coffee with Vietnamese filter over the glass with those ingredients. Mix, add steamed milk, whipped cream, and pecan chunks

Salted Caramel PSL:
1 tbsp Pumpin Puree
1/4 tsp Punpkin Spice Mix
1 tbsp Caramel Sauce
pinch of salt.

Add ingredients to a mug and mix.
Brew coffee over this, add steamed milk, mix, and enjoy!


Vietnamese "Tiramisu" Custard Latte:
Brew a shot of coffee, set aside
2 egg yolks
1-2 tbsps condensed milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Whip 2 egg yolks until foamy
Add condensed milk and vanilla extract and mix again.
Pour over brewed shot of coffee, dust with Cocoa Powder.
