Hojicha is a roasted green tea, a close cousin of matcha. I love the roastiness of this Hojicha Latte and have been switching to it after my first cup of coffee. I just mix it with a splash of almond milk and the leftover coconut cream from my Blueberry Orange Overnight Oats. I bet it would go so well with a layer of raspberries… might try it next!

Sometimes we leave it plain, sometimes we add seaweed in (like this), and sometimes we add other fun things like ham and cheese, tuna… you get the idea. It’s a fun snack or breakfast that changes up the routine a bit!
