My love for strawberries and cream truffles run deep and they’re freaking delicious in a lava cake too! perfect for when you’re craving a good dessert. 🌋💗
½ cup chocolate chips (60%)
4 tbsps butter
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2 tbsps sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch salt
2 tbsps flour
truffles of your choice (i used Lindt’s chocolate strawberries and cream)
- Preheat your airfryer to 350F or an oven to 400F. 
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and then add chocolate chips. Turn off the heat and let it melt together completely. Mix well and set aside. 
- In another bowl, add egg, egg yolk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well. 
- Add the chocolate mixture back in, mix, and add the flour a little at a time until combined. 
- Pour into 2 small ramekins already greased and floured. Cook in air fryer for 6-8 minutes or in oven for 8-10 minutes. 
- Remove / flip carefully onto a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
