Airfryer Chocolate Lava Cake

My love for strawberries and cream truffles run deep and they’re freaking delicious in a lava cake too! perfect for when you’re craving a good dessert. 🌋💗

½ cup chocolate chips (60%)

4 tbsps butter

1 egg

1 egg yolk

2 tbsps sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

pinch salt

2 tbsps flour

truffles of your choice (i used Lindt’s chocolate strawberries and cream)

  1. Preheat your airfryer to 350F or an oven to 400F.

  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter and then add chocolate chips. Turn off the heat and let it melt together completely. Mix well and set aside.

  3. In another bowl, add egg, egg yolk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.

  4. Add the chocolate mixture back in, mix, and add the flour a little at a time until combined.

  5. Pour into 2 small ramekins already greased and floured. Cook in air fryer for 6-8 minutes or in oven for 8-10 minutes.

  6. Remove / flip carefully onto a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
